Well i wanted delivery but the online order wouldn't give me the option. When I went to the store after to pick up they hadn't even started my order because of some communication issue they said. This was already half an hour after I ordered. I did not receive the 10% pick up discount. When paying for the food, i was prompted to give a tip when it was already calculated into the price online, online didn't even give me the option to say no tip it just added the $3.00 to my bill.
While sitting waiting for my food I watched them make 2 pizza's that were no mine both come out of the oven and then they start mine. I ordered my food at 7:30 it was after 8:30 before I left there with my food. no apology, no offer to give me coupons or anything just here you go while chatting to the lady behind me because they know her.
I was hoping the pizza would at least make up for this but that wasn't even anything to write home about. nothing special at all.
not a great experience not sure if I will go back
